Gnebriated Gnome

Ginger Snap

Origins

The name Ginger Snap just sort of wrote itself. It’s ginger. It snaps. It’s also got a redheaded gnome on the label who looks like she got a little too confident with her SPF choices. That’s Gnorm’s cousin sunbathing like she owns the patio at a Vegas pool bar, wearing shades and catching rays like a boss. You can practically feel the heat radiating off the bottle.

As for the rum itself? I’d love to tell you exactly how it’s made. I’d love even more if Jared would write it down in something other than "chaotic gnome scrawl." What I can tell you is it involves fresh ginger, actual jalapeños, and probably a small fire extinguisher somewhere in the process.

Behind the scenes

Ginger Snap is dangerously sippable on its own, but where it really shines is in one of our tasting room favorites: the “I’m a Spicy Peach.” This cocktail stirs up Ginger Snap rum, gin, peach, and jalapeño for a bold kick with a sweet wink. It's a full-on flavor rollercoaster—like being slapped and then kissed by someone who smells amazing.

So grab a bottle, pour a glass, and toast to gingers, spice, and all things nice.
